Short St: one house became four units

Structural rebuild + new construction ADUs in Whittier. This lot had a distressed 800 sq ft house with severe structural damage. We took it down to the studs, rebuilt the foundation, added a new attached unit and built two new ADUs in the back, all with new water, sewer and gas lines, separate meters, new stucco and new fencing. One single-family home is now four rentable units.
