Bradwell Ave: one house, three homes

A distressed single-family house in Whittier got a complete remodel: new roof, insulation, electrical panel and rewiring, plumbing, kitchen and baths. We converted the two-car garage into a 600 sq ft two-bedroom ADU and built a 450 sq ft Junior ADU onto the house. A new sewer line was tied into the street main with Public Works, and the lot now runs on three electric meters, three gas meters and one water main.
