7th St: back to six units

Multifamily renovation + ADU + soft story retrofit in Los Angeles. A large house with a four-unit building behind it, some units vacant for years. We rebuilt the front house, fully renovated all four apartments, converted two single-car garages into a one-bedroom ADU and completed the City of LA soft story retrofit. Plus 100+ ft of new sewer line, a major electrical meter upgrade, a new 15-car driveway, new roof, windows and rebuilt balconies. Five units became six.
