Pounds Ave: from longtime rental to listing-ready

This Whittier home had been a rental for years, and it showed. A local real estate agent reached out to us to get it ready for the market, and we took care of the whole list. We cleared out the trash, repaired the stucco and damaged wood, and repainted the exterior, trading the dark red for a lighter, cleaner look that stands out from the street. Inside, we repainted throughout and updated the bathroom fixtures. We also handled the repairs that came up before and during escrow, so the owners and their agent had one crew to call from the first walkthrough to closing. The finished home is fresh, bright and ready for its next owner.
